Start your day right with this 60 min all-levels Yoga class. Feel refreshed and restored by this well-rounded practice that emphasizes breath, mindful movement and self awareness. Bring your yoga mat or practice on the grass or a blanket.

 Michele Lawrence (ERYT 500) has been teaching yoga for 10 years and is the founder and co-owner of  Yogadurango. Her classes encourage students of all-abilities to practice in a way that meets them where they are and enables them to shine.
