A Great Big Thanks to all the Volunteers making this Festival possible.
Rhythms on the Rio would not be possible without our VOLUNTEER STAFF!

In return, we ask that you volunteer a minimum of 8 hours and pay a deposit that will be returned after your volunteer hours have been completed.
** Once you confirm your shifts on Sign Up (see Application below), you will receive an email with instructions on how to pay your deposit and claim your ticket. The deposit for each volunteer is $100 and will be promptly returned after the conclusion of the festival.**
Car Camping is included in your volunteer shift, however if you want to bring a trailer or RV you’ll need to purchase a ticket.

- Light, sculpture, projection, mixed media, or experimental work
- Pieces that engage audiences both day and night
- Works that are durable and suitable for an outdoor festival setting
What selected artists receive:
- A unique platform to showcase your work to a large, engaged audience
- Exposure through festival marketing and social media
- Artist credentials and on-site support
Submission requirements:
- Artist name(s) and short bio
- Portfolio or examples of past work
- Proposal description (concept, materials, dimensions, interactivity)
- Installation requirements (power, space, setup needs)
- Any relevant sketches or mockups
Submission deadline: June 15th, 2026
Help us turn the festival into an unforgettable visual and sensory experience.
We can’t wait to see what you create.
